We live in chaotic times, in which social, economic, political, business, and technological changes occur at a dizzying pace, generating a broad and widespread sense of confusion and uncertainty.
In these circumstances, societies require leaders who can help them navigate the turbulent waters and lead them to a safe haven, ideally one better than the one they started from.
But what qualifications and qualities should a person who exercises leadership possess? This question would receive varied answers depending on the historical period in which we find ourselves. And depending on the prevailing type of leadership in each era, we can understand the events that have taken place.
Regarding our current moment in history, we find people who act as leaders without being qualified, in most cases, to carry out the task: managers, bureaucrats, satraps, ideologues, inventors, amateurs... all of them with a common denominator: a lack of preparation and inner maturity. That is, the lack of integrity and professionalism in the exercise of leadership.
Over the centuries, leadership has been simplified and trivialized to the point of becoming a shadow, a sad deformation of what it was in the beginning.
Today's world is technologically "advanced" but grossly immature and simplified, in which leadership is based primarily on demonizing the opponent. Leaders are accepted and supported as long as they represent "our own people," not for their ability to contribute value, well-being, and progress to society as a whole.
This is why there is an urgent need for leadership based on inner maturity that allows a person to reach their full potential. From this need arises The Monarchs House project: the preparation and mentoring of leaders based on an inner order of the individual, coherence, integrity, and purpose. In other words, inner leadership is first developed to later be able to demonstrate and share it externally, for the benefit of society.
The Monarchs House proposes a return to ancient wisdom, to the foundations and primordial components of leadership, adapting them to the 21st century. In all cultures around the world, we find traditions, legends, and stories of leaders who left a legacy of well-being, progress, empathy, and love that is still remembered and honored.
Beyond historical accuracy, we can find common elements in those ancient leaders, elements that derive from the archetypal figure of the King. The archetype of the king in its fullness possesses the qualities of order, of establishing just and rational guidelines, and of inclusion and integrity. It stabilizes chaotic emotions and out-of-control behaviors in the same way that it brings centeredness and serenity; it defends our sense of inner order, integrity, and purpose. It gives the core tranquility of knowing who we are, of being aware of our unchanging essence, of possessing the certainty of our identity. It observes the world with firmness but also with kindness. He sees others in all their weakness as well as in all their talent and worth. He honors and promotes them; he guides and educates them by example toward their existential fulfillment.
The Monarchs House presents a new but ancient leadership: Kingship Leadership. To achieve this, the leadership preparation we undertake begins within the individual, equipping them with integrity, coherence, order, and wisdom. The first task in becoming a leader is to dissociate our egos from that role. The ego of a mature leader needs to think of itself—regardless of the status or power it has temporarily achieved—as the servant of a cause or will beyond its limits. It needs to think of itself as a steward of the leader's (King's) energy, not for its own benefit, but for the benefit of those who inhabit its "kingdom."
The moment we successfully access the King's energy as servants of our inner King, we will manifest in our lives the qualities of the King in capital letters, good and legitimate, the King in his fullness. We will notice our anxiety level decrease. We will feel centered and calm, and we will listen to the words of our inner authority.
We will develop the capacity to empathize and bless both others and ourselves, as well as to guide and care for others deeply and genuinely. We will "know" others. We will see them as the full people they truly are. We will have a sense of being focused and active participants in creating a more just, peaceful, and creative world. And we will enjoy a transpersonal devotion not only to our families, friends, businesses, causes, and religions, but also to the world.
The Monarchs House advises and trains leaders who aspire to exercise sovereignty over their world and their lives from the soul, living in balance between the metaphysical and the earthly. Only in this way will they be able to help others do the same.
An internal leadership that transforms and enriches your external reality. An external leadership that connects you with your inner power.
Specifically, the methodology applied to achieve Kingship Leadership is divided into three phases: Self-knowledge, self-mastery, and, finally, the development of a unique (personal) leadership.
Through this process, with our consulting and mentoring services, at The Monarchs House we help leaders reconnect with their own personal order and structure to subsequently understand the external order that accompanies us, and thus be able not only to live but also to create from consciousness and full coherence in life for the benefit of society.
