It is about time that we give back to Leadership the greatness it once had. Leadership is not a privilege, it is a commitment towards society through which we give the best of ourselves. 

Kingship leadership is based on monarchy (the power of one): the King (our Being) who governs our existence in harmony and fulfillment with our purpose.

In this process, incorporating the energy and archetypal figure of the King within us can anchor us in the good governance of our Soul.

The archetype of the King in its fullness possesses the qualities of order, the establishment of just and rational guidelines, and inclusion and integrity. It stabilizes chaotic emotions and out-of-control behaviors while providing centeredness and serenity. It defends our sense of inner order, integrity, and purpose. It provides the core tranquility of knowing who we are, of being aware of our unchanging essence, of possessing the certainty of our identity. It observes the world with firmness but also with kindness.

Once we have succeeded in establishing this internal monarchy, this order, structure, and coherence that derive from the application of a policy from the soul, we can then be of service to society and leave our impact on it.
