Over the centuries, leadership has been simplified and trivialized to the point of becoming a shadow, a sad deformation of what it was in the beginning.

The leadership that can allow human beings to improve their experience on this planet begins in the internal sphere, where everything we call external is generated.

The Monarchs House proposes a return to ancient wisdom, to the foundations and primordial components of leadership, adapting them to the 21st century. In all cultures around the world, we find traditions, legends, and stories of leaders who left a legacy of well-being, progress, empathy, and love that is still remembered and honored.

We can find common elements in those ancient leaders, elements that derive from the archetypal figure of the King. The archetype of the king in its fullness possesses the qualities of order, the establishment of just and rational guidelines, and inclusion and integrity; first to oneself, then for the others.
